We continued our new teaching series "The Word: The Stories in The Story" in which we are on a journey looking at the overarching story of scripture by focusing in on some stories within this big story. You see, The Bible is not merely an ancient book of rules. It is a library of different stories telling one unified story of love and redemption. It is foundational, formational, and functional.
We focused in on the book of Psalms! Psalms is a beautiful book of prayers, poems, and songs. There are Psalms of repentance, wisdom, joy, thanksgiving, lament, and more. On Sunday, we focused especially on Psalm 51 and Psalm 23, both Psalms of King David. Below you will find a few key take aways from the message!
