We continued our new teaching series "The Word: The Stories in The Story" in which we are on a journey looking at the overarching story of scripture by focusing in on some stories within this big story. You see The Bible is not merely an ancient book of rules. It is a library of different stories telling one unified story of love and redemption. It is foundational, formational, and functional.

We focused in on the book of Ruth! This is a small but might book that highlights a story of redemption and kindness that is incredibly important to the ancestral line of Jesus! in Ruth we see the dashed dreams of Naomi, the loyalty of the outsider Ruth, and the calling of Boaz to be a redeemer. Below you will find a few key take aways from the book and the message!

-God will redeem the story of those who are willing to walk by faith.
-The love of God takes foreigners and makes them family.
-Kindness will lead to healing.
-God honors bold faith.
-Death doesn’t have the final word. Redemption is always possible.
