South Creek VBS Registration Form

Children age 4 years old through 5th grade are invited to join us for the best week of the Summer! Kids will enjoy crafts, games, Bible stories, snacks and more as trained and background checked volunteers lead the fun.

NEW THIS YEAR! You can order an OPTIONAL VBS shirt for your child. The cost will be $14. To receive the shirt by the week of VBS, please follow this link and complete your order BEFORE MAY 31st and the shirt will be ready for pick-up the Sunday before VBS!
